DISCUS HABITAT'S ORDER PROCEDURES

If you would like to request for a quotation so as to place an order, kindly include the following details via fax or email:

1) Country and name of airport of delivery.

2) Name of Company with complete address, telephone, fax number and email address.

3) Name, mobile telephone/fax number and email address of contact person who is liable for the order made. This designated person will be contacted in the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

4) The airline will call the aforementioned person before proceeding with any shipment. We shall contact this person as well concerning the arrangement of shipment.

5) A specific scientific name or common trade name of Discus, specific quantity and expected date of delivery.

DISCUS HABITAT

We appreciate it if you would refer to the following statements before placing an order:

1) Our prices are quoted in SINGAPORE Dollars F. O. B Singapore. This excludes packing costs, freight costs & export documentation costs. Prices listed are a mere representation due to the seasonal fluctuation in the price of some fishes. However, firm prices will be available upon request and will be subject to a period of validity as specified. Discus Habitat reserves the right to amend prices without any prior notice unless the sale has been concluded.

2) Advanced payment must be made by Telegraphic Transfer upon confirmation of sale. Payment must be fully paid and sufficient to cover freight charges, cost of goods, packaging costs and any charges incurred from export documentation.
